Terms and Conditions
The Little Laneway Free Wedding Giveaway

Eligibility
The Free Wedding Giveaway is open to couples who are legally able to marry in Australia and are aged 18 years or older at the time of entry. Only one entry per couple is permitted. Duplicate entries will result in the exclusion of one entry from the draw.

Non-Transferable
The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or any other alternatives. The prize cannot be resold, auctioned, or transferred to any other party.

Marketing Communications
By entering the giveaway, entrants agree to receive marketing communications, including but not limited to phone calls, text messages, and emails, from The Little Laneway and any vendors associated with the prize. Entrants may opt out of these communications at any time by advising The Little Laneway in writing.

Ticket Purchase for Additional Entries
Guests who purchase a ticket to attend The Little Laneway’s open evening will receive an additional 10 complimentary entries into the draw. The ticket allows admittance to the open night. Tickets for the open evening are limited and subject to availability. The purchase of a ticket does not guarantee a win in the giveaway.

Open Evening Ticket Availability
Tickets to the open evening are limited and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. The number of additional entries is capped at 10 per couple, regardless of the number of tickets purchased.

Draw and Event Details
The winner will be drawn on the open evening via a raffle barrel styled draw, with the name being drawn at random from the barrel. The event will be live-streamed on Facebook for transparency. Entrants do not need to be present at the open evening to win, but those attending will have their additional entries counted if applicable.

Entry Restrictions
Only one entry per couple will be considered valid. If multiple entries from the same couple are received, only one entry will be accepted, and any additional entries will be excluded.

Notification
The winner will be announced live during the open evening and contacted via the details provided at the time of entry. If the winning couple cannot be reached or fails to respond within 7 days of notification, a new winner may be drawn.

House Rules and Venue Terms
All guests attending the wedding, including the winning couple, must abide by the housekeeping rules and terms of The Little Laneway. This includes a 10pm curfew for amplified sound. Failure to comply with these terms may result in the termination of the event.

Changes and Cancellation
The Little Laneway reserves the right to modify or cancel the giveaway at any time for any reason. Any changes to the terms and conditions will be posted on The Little Laneway’s website and social media channels.

Privacy
The information provided by entrants will be collected, stored, and used in accordance with The Little Laneway’s privacy policy. By entering, participants agree that their details may be shared with vendors involved in the giveaway for marketing purposes.

General
By entering the giveaway, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. The Little Laneway’s decision in relation to any aspect of the giveaway is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
